At Miika Mai, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected. If you’ve changed your mind, please read and follow the return conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item, please notify us by emailing sales@miikamai.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in perfect condition
All original tags must be attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Returns must be received at our PO Box within the 10-day window

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Please contact us at sales@miikamai.com.au with:

A description of the fault
Clear photos showing the issue
Your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Please note:

General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the condition on arrival so we can assess and assist promptly.

best bag ever

I recently got this bag and am so obsessed with it. It’s is so versatile / can be used for my hospital bag, travel overnight bag, car / pram bag and also has the caddy which can be either attached or left in the car. I am obsessed and so glad i got this!! Thankyou team.

The fairy god mother of hospital bags 🧚‍♀️

My favourite feature is the caddy on the bottom that is able to be zipped off, I packed all babies items in here and sat under the bassinet in the hospital and used the top compartment for all of my items. Made it much easier for the Husband to find everything and he loves that the design is unisex now we use it as our everyday nappy bag with the busy life of 4 kids. I wish I had this bag for my previous pregnancies.
